1:1 Personal Training
1:1 Personal Training sessions are tailored specifically to you - these sessions can be in person in Colchester or online via Zoom.
Each new client has a complimentary initial consultation to chat through their goals and see if they think we are a good fit to work together to help you achieve them!
During our first session we will conduct some movement screening to understand how the client moves through various patterns, as well as run through some performance tests to give me a greater understanding of their baseline fitness levels. This will help me to pull together a bespoke training plan with that specific client in mind and to give us some key markers of focus over upcoming months.
I currently work with clients from a huge variety of backgrounds; for weight management, building muscle mass, improving general cardiovascular fitness, postural correction, sports specific conditioning, post natal and some to just help them feel healthier and happier!

Small Group Personal Training
In a Small Group Personal Training class (SPGT) you receive a tailored approach to training with close attention to you and your goals but surrounded by a small group of like-minded members making our sessions fun and friendly! These classes enable clients to train more cost effectively and help maintain focus; with technique being corrected and progress being constantly pushed forward by their own coach. With a max of 6 people per session, these sessions will ensure you have the focus you need to learn, master and enjoy your training.

Online Training Club
The CoachedbyVicki Online Training Club takes a full holistic approach to you and your training. It is a perfect option for those who already feel fairly confident in a gym environment but are struggling to see any real progression or results with their current training.
Unlike 1:1 Personal Training which provides you with focus for perhaps a handful sessions each week, the 1:1 Online Training Club takes an in depth approach supporting you and your goals around the clock with the intention of improving your fitness routine, progressing your workouts, improving your confidence, knowledge and strength, as well as spicing up your nutrition in the kitchen!
We look into your lifestyle factors that could be affecting you from achieving your goals and we teach you how to hold yourself accountable to healthy habits.

INITIAL DISCOVERY CALL - to chat through your goals and to check we are a good fit to work together to help you achieve them!

TRAINING PLAN - A bespoke training plan for the gym/home dependent on your requirements and lifestyle, with phased progressions over the upcoming months to keep you on track but also keep training fun.

CHAT - Continuous support through the app to help with any questions and provide motivation to help keep you accountable.

WEEKLY 121 CHECK IN - A chance to review your weekly progress, make any adjustments to your fitness or nutrition plans and to ensure you have the right strategies in place for success.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE - I will provide a breakdown of your macronutrients based on your fitness goals at that time and provide guidance and meal inspiration that is personalised, practical and sustainable.

Pre & Post Natal Training
As a Pre & Post Natal specialist, I have worked with a whole range of Mummas to be and new Mummas (or Papas!)

I understand the nerves of training with the ever-growing bump and how it can be a minefield trying to navigate what is the right way to train during this magical stage of life you are now faced with. I create a safe space to help give you the confidence to continue to train with the bump, providing safe alternatives to challenging movements that will help keep you moving during this time, as well as get you fit and strong for your next stage of life as a Mum!

It can also be half the battle finding time to exercise alongside finding childcare, but we are a baby friendly studio, so when your baby does come along and you feel ready to get moving again , we provide you with a safe space to workout alongside your baby, so you can be hands on when you need to be.

Join me for a mixture of low impact, strength based exercises and stretching, focusing on the core and pelvic floor to help maintain and slowly build muscle tone. I am here to help new Mums return safely back to exercise, as well as give Mums to be the confidence to keep moving in a safe and effective way.
